Eyes look too buldged out
I recommend bringing the eye lid down a tad
Also dont use harsh lines till the Basic shading is done(if Any "lines" At all

Since everyone harrasses the eyes I'll comment on something else: The lips.
Please give them some depth and make them a little fuller.

Also, try not copying the ref picture to a 100%. Try to make it "better" instead, by changing some things that might look bad outside a portrait photo.

Also, good work! Good amount of time put into it to keep it interesting!
