Capslock control.
Hello, I thought of an interesting suggestion.
If we implemented a command that only ops, gms and so on woulb be able to use that would basically make any capslocked text turn into normal letter tourneys and betting servers would loose one rule and make them a bit more managable.
Something like /caps on/off.

I think you can create a bot wich can notify if someone uses caps. And automaticly kick or/and ban them for you.
Mutes/Kicks/bans are eccessive. If i'm explaining something long in the chat and no one replies while i'm writing, then i have to be punished? If i forgot caps activated or i missiclick the button, then this is worth a kick/ban? I personally couldn't stand it.
I like duck's idea of converting full caps obnoxious text to normal text.
If spam concerns you, you can ban/kick the spammer from your server, or, if you are in a public one, you can just call a mod through IRC.
