This is where it gets trippy. you can learn a lot about your self, your health, and your breath just by PAYING ATTENTION TO IT (breath[ing]).
Asthma sucks, i dont know what to tell you about that, except that my "unofficially adopted" mom and her daughters have it, but they push through and do quite well in spite of it. they dont let it hold them back.
Hell, i could still learn a thing or two about breathing from them.
But the fact is, if you dont put attention to it, what do you know about it?
the four forces of Toribash (Hold, Extend, Contract, Relax) Perfectly reflect the four phases of breath (Retain/Deprive, Inhale, Exhale, Automate)
And the fact is that your body operates from breath. Toribash is a human body simulation of sorts.
Even in Judo, "random" and crazy events take place that reflect how breath can get "trapped" in the momentum of your body, like when you "magically" decap yourself in mid air, or get split in half from whipping around the wrong way.
The more you play, the more attention you put into your subtle moves and inertial manipulation, the more focused you become.
Are you conscious of this mental martial art?

If awareness and focus and attention are wibbles whining, then shame away, Complexity.

Yeah, i think that is where this is going though, doesnt look like anyone wants to put any attention into the synchronicity of fours
