Thanks, as for the face, I'm not so sure. I have yet to decide that, and if i did, I'm not so sure what style would be most fitting. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.
Its good to see some of the old artist are returning
Pretty neat head, what style would you use ? Cartoonish or realistic ?
havent seen anythign from you in years, good to see you back, and to see an improvement.
keep it simple and dont halfass it.
get a face that looks right, but dont overcomplicate it. the hair and eyes will be the most important bit.
the side of the helmet is magnificent, but i do worry that the bottom of the visor limits your options for the face.
i think it would almost be better to lower the visor and hide the face.
the helmet is obviously the focus.
you would have to cut it apart and rework the entire front section though.
but this way the face isnt the focus, all youd see is the eyes and hair, which are the important bits.
crappy reference but gets the point across:
*snip sexy hat*
I have some ideas for the hair but the face itself has me stopped dead in my tracks. I'm really considering making her faceless and lowering the visor as you mentioned. In case I did, I'm a little uncertain if I should add a mouth or nose. I guess I'll have to experiment a bit.
editing it wouldnt be THAT much effort though. cutting it in half, lowering it to be centred vertically on the sides leaves you with only redrawing the centre bit.
the top of the visor has some nice lines to work with.
at which point the face is easy, if you leave the top piece of the visor to cover most of the nose, youd only have to deal with the bridge of the nose instead of the whole nose and mouth. then you have ample options for the eyes.
