The first picture you draw a simple circle for the head and 2 lines one Vertical, And another Horizontal on the bottom of the circle

The second picture you would add 2 lines for the chin pretty simple

, and for the 3rd picture you would add in 2 more lines but more vertical for the chin and you would get a simple anime head,
