Exacly as suomynona stated, the solution is by changing the affinity of the program via task manager, which I'll explain in 4 simple steps.
1. Open toribash.
2. Open Task manager.
3. look up toribash.exe in the details tab, right click -> "Set Affinity" -> select only 1 GPU (any will work).
4. close task manager, and play toribash, it works normally now.


The only negative side about this is that I have to make this everytime I run the game.
Anyways, it's a solution.
