140k and a demolition force

Still not at 165k, ill probably end up having to just put them on the market and be patient and just get 420k for them

I'm pretty sure a week ago they were selling for 140-150k

That was an all time low - 2 weeks before that asking price was 185k.

Market price is still ~230k
