The colour scheme is really appealing, the orange/blue contrast never ceases to fail.
It could use a lot less outlines tbh, i find it destroying the flow for the piece and I think you might have had a little too much fun with the face - not a huge fan of the buck tooth.

it is a quite new style you attempted.
I like the design and the colors, the shading is soft to make it a bit flat.
I would like to see the illustration that inspired you.

That was what initially inspired me to start on a robot head, but as you can see it turned out totally different. I used the same style i did for my Ragnarok head, and the color scheme of a very old head that is long gone.

it would look much better if you stuck with the simpler look imo

but the color scheme is nice, like iawesome said blue/orange doesnt get old

overall though, if you made it look more like the reference image i think it would look better

but im not even an artist, take my cnc as you wish
