I like the concept of a puzzle covering the carachter, with unfinished part unvealing the secondary color...doesn't work to you?

Looks nice...watch out for the bevels lighning where the texture border matches...it give a strange effect

Really i took the wwhole puzzle stuff out from another picture...but I'll look for it in PS now ;)
