These buttons are part of the code, they aren't textured. Even if you could find the exact lines in code you could only change its colour at most. But even that is highly unlikely.

That is my only reason, I want to change it's color.
Nothing to say here other than you can't do it at this stage in the game's development, maybe you could make a suggestions thread for this to be implemented as an item or something, similar to the GUI Logo and stuff.
