Guys you're just throwing in random replies pretending to know what you're talking about.

If registration is client or web based it doesn't matter,VPN covers all the data sent. (hey do you know chrome,mozzilla etc are clients?)

vpns are unlimited,there is full of services offering them and you can even build your own vpn server.

The thing is IP ban or simple ban it doesn't matter. You'll never be able to fight alts or prevent a user from registering back.

That being said this thread look useless to me...

We'd use IP bans more if they actually worked. They don't.

We do have banning options for particularly awful users. We generally do not need them.
