Sadly not. Laughing at the idea of official plot/lore/story is just that funny.
There used to be a bit of blurb in one of the ancient readme files years ago, but it basically only amounted to Tori decided he wanted to fight Uke.
At a stretch you could maybe do something with the weird Tori skeleton cross section images from WiiWare era promo stuff.
Just make up something, it'd probably be more entertaining than anything we'd come up with.
