Ok I am closing the thread and reporting this to market squad, from what I can tell this is going to be an annoying one, Loxun does actually have a history of attempting to sell art he does not own even back then, I have DM's from him trying to sell me art he does not own so it seems like this is going to be an annoying case for everyone involved.
