This is just an announcement to clear up some confusion which was expressed to the Market Squad.
Regardless of your QI, you can bid for any item within this auction, once you have received the item, only then, will it be affected by QI restraints. i.e. if you choose to sell the item, its QI restrictions will apply.
Additionally, for your convenience, once your bid has been recognised and counted by myself, you will receive a PM confirming that your bid has been recognised.
