2 reasons:

one, becuase yes, making this script will be hard if not impossible (im not sure, but it seems pretty far fetched)

two, because they have more useful scripts to make, and some officail requests for competition with tc invovled.

What you re prob talking about iPingu is the DBZ deathball script. Basically djust the deathabll script so you can shoot it and get it back. That's all.
