Taking over someone else server, muting people for no reason on a server that is not your, kicking people on a server that is not yours. Doing that alot.

damasta seemed thrilled you were there.

Blak was obviously given operator permission by Damasta. When in a private server you should always respect the operator's decisions. If they ask you to leave, you should. If you don't, they can deal with you however they want. This may result in a kick from the server.

As for disrespect from admins....

There is no reason to report it. We were normal players before we were ever given any power. Our ~ does not mean that we can't form an opinion over whether or not we like or dislike a certain player.
