I usually go out and play some sort of sport that involves hitting a ball with my foot, a racket or any other type of stick/club.

I tend to just scream as many vulgar words as loudly as possible, ask Steve. Particularly when my PC is fucking up.

Mainly, I'm listening to angry music to get even angrier. Then I play the guitar or flame someone on YouTube. If I get pissed at school, I take it out on a guy that sits next to me. Not physically, but mentally.
