i'm not saying that evil is a bad clan or anything so don't get me wrong it was a great clan (i can't say if it is now seeing as i've not been here). But the problem with such a high recruitment level is by that time people have already found a clan and are happy there, and once they do have to change then they are more likely to go for a prestigious clan, such as [cnbl] [bncy] etc...

You have a very good point MG. Guess our best way is to build from the bottom. Recruit decent people who are of low belt and let them grow into the clan.

notice that that is a hard decision, because they are very propense to leave, or leave Tb directly, because they dont find the entertainment to the game.

I think that Mg have reason,but cant do much for this.Infact even low people can leave after become strong...this depend by the fact that toribash is a game,so(rightly)people dont take it for serious.
I think that this problem can be resolve only with a lot of recruit cause if someone will leave or not,depend only by person(not by dan)...more person,more probability to take serious people...when the not serious people will leave,then remain a really serious clan..

I think belt limit lowered to Black, that's when most people join there first clan (besides NEWB), and usually, they will stick with that clan. As long as we are very homely.
