Meh, it's okay.
the grey trail-ish things don't really look all that nice though, being gray with a cyan glow. I'd try making them a bit more like rays of light, less opacity, more glow. They look like pieces of metal with lights mounted in them right now.
Then there's the fact that it looks like the trails are painted onto the tori, not swirling around it. They look way too flat.
The platform he's on also looks somewhat weird.

The background is sort of bland, but that's okay for a wallpaper I guess.
