Well if you want to recruit GOOD members you need to define the word "Good".
First off, what mod will you judge in?
Second off, what do you think is "Good" for the player to be able to do in that mod
Third off, can the player repeat this aspect of the game or is it just a product of his enemies location and his.
For instance, Say the mod is wushu. Some aspects of a good wushu player are:
-Staying Relaxed the entire game
-Being able to make up moves on the spot
-Knowing openers that not only are semi-accurate but are at speeds of atleast 33.5
-Being able to come back
-Being able to chase
Good Aspects of Judo Players:
-Being able to stay relaxed while not dq'ing
-Dismembering 1 body part on the opener every time or close to (its not that hard)
-Being able to keep body parts from dq'ing once dismembered
Good Aspects of Aikido Players:
-Staying relaxed throughout the entire fight without crippling their chances of hitting the floor
-Being able to play a match WITHOUT grabbing onto the opponent
-Knowing how to reverse a move simply by shifting body weight
-3/4 Matches Fracturing atleast 3 joints
-Needs to be able to hold their own vs any aikido player whether using relaxed or hold
