i'd say set autobuy to 20-30k, then set min bid to 1k. min bid isn't supposed to be the least you would take for the item, just a starting price. the lower the min is, the friendlier it is to bidders, and the more bids you get.

although last i saw was a hydra pack sold for 15k...
