You can upload as many times as you want.

i know but its not letting me change my head texture or deactivate it or anything

M... hole thing in pieces.

First buy head texture.
Make head texture. save it 128 x 128 Head.tga
Torishop->log in
deactivated items -> activate head texture
textures -> upload head, click upload
Toribash-> open toribash
login
singleplayer-> press t chat-line: /dl En3my
*Try multiplayer also, and in a conected room type same "/dl En3my" (should be MAX. in couple fights)

Try to play longer in multiplayer, quit Toribash, then reopen it, and re-play Multiplayer.
If it doesn't work, then there's a bug with the textures
