I'm not going to fight tooth and claw for the position you know what i can and have done and if that conforms to your standards and what you want to be as a co-leader then fine and i gladly accept the position, but I'm not going to demean myself over it.

I just want people to know that it's not just a status thing and it does involve work. It hasn't seemed to put anyone off and you are all as good candidates as each other IMO so i'm going to put it to vote.
