Yes, those are quotes from various players about our clan members.

P0int: Yes your voice is HIGHLY regarded when considering expulsions to the clan. It is your job to keep track of the junior ranks and hear many of the problems that come from them, therefore we expect you to be in the know and will even come to you for advice before expelling/demoting/promoting members.

I am asking for someone who thinks they are well-versed in our rules, and has been setting a good role for people to follow to take on a higher role as our second CSM.

You should read up on what exactly a CSM's duties are in the ICOF ranks page, and then tell me in this thread briefly why you should be chosen.

Hello everyone! This is the CSM's report board. The CSM will post all the good and(hopefully not) the bad things about the Junior ranks of the clan.
Master Sergeants and Sergeants are also welcome to post if they are unable to find the CSM to report to.

For example: XPlayer was insulted and quietly left a room rather then making a scene; Xplayer unfairly lost in a tourney and gracefully accepted the decision of the host; Yplayer was caught calling a blue belt a 'noob' and making fun of him; YPlayer rage quit a tourney; Etc.

This is not so much an open thread, you may post to defend yourself if wrongly accused of something, but for the most part it will be for the Sergeants and Officers to communicate how the clan's junior ranks are developing and acting.

1. to re-iterate what Kaos said, yes MOST definitely. You were placed in your position BECAUSE your opinion is valued and desired. If you feel someone doesn't meet our standards, then please let us know.

ok heres a question thats sorta been on my mind. how do we know what duties to hand down to lower ranked members? will we get duties from you to hand down to lower ranked members or should we hand out duties that we think are needed?

so as a 2LT my main duties are to test people when we open recruiting back up and to be friendly with other clans seeking an alliance with us? or is there something i might have overlooked? just want to make sure i fully understand what it is i need to do
