Rad, not really. It is the sdl library for c++ which allows me to put images (and do all kinds of other stuff) without really coding every single aspect of the process.
Anyways, flash is different. I won't go in much details about it, but one thing is that the price for its "easyness" is lower performance.
And it is mostly useful only for little presentations, animations and flash games. I.e. Making the real toribash in flash would be quite hard to do. Not to mention that virtually no machine would be capable of running it. Most likely...
