Training sessions aren't hard to set up. I find that if an ICOF member has established a private server, the clan tends to flock to it. While everyone is there start challenging each other.

Setting up knockout mode tends to bring out the best in players because there is more of a consequence to losing. Recommended for rigorous training sessions or the last 30 minutes to 1 hour of training.

Practice different mods. Chose a mod the group feels inadequate in and play it to the ground. Try not to change mods too frequently or there will not be any consistency in training and little progress towards mastering a mod.

Some mods to Practice
Lenshu (Clan League Mod- If there is any battling between clans it will likely be in Lenshu. Lets get somewhat versed in this mod.)

Any Black Belt mod (Wushu, Kickbox, Judo, Aikido, Sambo, Betabox, TaekKyon)

Mods frequently used for tourneys (TwinSwords, [PM me with other mods you see frequently used for tourneys. My brain just stalled])

If people are wanting to play something random, check the Promoteam Server. There is usually some obscure mod available to play. Also if Promoteam Server is not full, play there. 10TC per win in whatever mod is in the Promoteam Server.

Egpllant, I like the render. It could use some composition though. There is a lot of empty space and it wont fit well in the square avatar spot in its current dimensions.
