Unlike, to start off you might want to actually read the DSC if you had you might realise that there is an application form to fill out. Also as far as I know the belt limit is black, this is for a reason being black shows that you have some experience in the game and experience is one of the most important things. Last of all this was your first post, so you might want to post some more before thinking of joining a clan.
