We cannot be official sooner, we need to wait 19 more days until we can, there is no way we can do it sooner, oh and, I recommend REMOVING the loyal rank, it puts too many people in power.

I can make some exceptions dont worry about the time....
Jorrei, join that discussion.. we need to do some changes to the chain of command... really IMP!
