Just take a little bit of tc from the bank and make a thread for each member to upload their replays to. Then find someone who can edit videos to high quality and have them make you a video and pay them out of the bank. Clan video = clan expense. Shouldn't be one member paying for the entire thing.

Just because one person leaves doesn't mean the clan is going down, and we don't need to make any radical decisions because of it. Just stay active and everything will be fine.
