i figured skill and personality matter more now that ppl can get qi in private servers and basically get the belt alot faster =/

try ask ppl ingame who u c have some skill and r clanless if they'd consider joining.

also i thought of an idea:

all members of Hurricane, wen u go online try to open a server and put "Clan Hurricane - Recruiting" or something similar and just let ppl come in. i think this is a good (and free) way to get our name out there =]

can i be allowed to recruit too? :3
