The rule is that we cant force a limit for post counts. But we can take into consideration your forum activity. And part of the way we can tell is by your post count. I say no until i can get to know you better. Ive never once seen you. And if youve played for around two years but only have 1500 qi, you must not play often, or went inactive for a time.
