i need an elite squad so yeah change the name of my rank maybe to Elite Leader& elites im taking apprentices when my laptop gets fixed which should be today or tomorrow the requirements are

Brown Belt or higher (some exceptions)
Basic Skills at aikido bd and wushu Maybe Judo (judo has no skill though)
Beat me at least 3 out of 5 times (again some exceptions)
Loyalty and Strength
Activity and forum Rep

Optional (ill help you improve)
Sparring abillity
Good tori control
Basic Reversal abillity
