Hello cat, here is an update on my life, I've switched jobs. I'm no longer a manufacturing automation engineer, I am now a system test engineer. Came with a solid pay bump of 50 percent and a move to a city about 200 miles away from my last job. I also took a long vacation to some nice European countries right before the job switch and am quite enjoying the new job. :)
