Ok, now that Hybrid is getting back on track its time to raise the minimum requirments to join.

To join you now must be a 2nd DAN black belt.
Have 100 posts on the forum.

Don't worry if you are in Hybrid already and don't meet these, its cool

David what about the people waiting to get in and Oaks he is a black belt and your making him wait a week to get in so i think he to be in the past requirments Right?
