guys this gets talked about a lot, but i still always see the same faces ingame i think its time we started doing more recruitment servers so that more people who play in game can join the clan, weather we make them post an app or not, we need more people in game.

may have been a mistake and if its his first time doing it (i assume you mean discuss kicking him from the clan or not btw) then no don't kick him but wait and see what he has to say for himself i guess.
