Maybe we should try ingame recruitment and convince them to be forum active? Like me and water used to do.

Recruitment is pretty much useless in game recruitment and apps are both just one situation either way all they have to do is impress once in a good lie and then we'll end up with 5 more in-active people it all comes down to loyalty.
