Update on Server
I was on IRC and I asked hampa's assistant (hampa was sleeping) about how long it takes to activate a server. He gave this message.

It takes as long as it takes. When MBK has time he will give you a server. Some people had to wait 3 months for one. Just be patient.

So, as he says, all we can do is be patient.
