As for the CnC, first of all you should try making the spins faster (which is achieved during the setup of the trick) - they look way better and more realistic, also allowing you to maintain fluidity and flow.

Second, theres a lot of launching from your toes by extending your knee. This usually looks unrealistically and you should avoid gaining all of your momentum from that extending knee, although sometimes it is allowed if it looks good. (a close example of when it looked well is at frame 930 where you only lightly kicked the floor while already spinning).

I'd recommend you watch some toribash (or IRL) tricking videos (not tutorials lell) to get inspiration on what tricks to do and how to chain them together. And also i recommend setting the turnframes to 5 or lower for tricking if you havent already
