I personally like SAM Broadcaster... However the program costs a LOT of money as it's professional software.

NOTE FROM SKULFUK: If you set the shoutcast plugin to 'soundcard' mode any player on your pc can be used - Winamp simply streams to the server. It also means you don't have to deal with DRM issues etc.
This means I can use spotify? I guess you've all heard of that program. ^^
