Reasons:
1. He claimed to have been good at video editing, but when I asked him for a sample or two, he couldn't provide me with links or any proof that he ever was good at video making.
2. I asked him to show me some sample textures, and he provided these:

I have seen much better work by other people, and these were premades so I have no idea whether or not he has gotten any better since then, or if this is his best. Took him about 10 minutes to fully upload and send them to me from the time I ask for them to the time I received them. And they are also not close to a 512 head texture pixel size.
3. He doesn't seem to write very clearly. I believe he is learning English but has yet to complete it.
That's when the original mega7force said that he's quitting toribash. Then some hours later he applies here. By interrogating him about this, he confessed about account trading, and his main account was thresher.
