your school sucks. i and a friend literally spent about 5-10 mins to just throw two soda bottles across the classroom. rest of the day contained by doing work for about ten minutes or so. rest was just facebook browsing, youtube watching and google maps exploring, then we got to get off early. teacher was there 40% of the time. 5% of the time of was there, he cared for what we did. the rest 35% he just didn't care.

i mean, it is. it's just the teachers who really doesn't give much of a shit. i mean, our job is fix our schools' network, because the guys who had done it before had done a horrible job at it. so we've basically re-wired half the school with cat6 cables which were supposed to be wired properly, but we found over 30 cables just laying in the roof with no purpose whatsoever. we had to disconnect all cables and remove all from the roof, along with the useless one's, which was tangled up in a complete mess. then we had to wire them around the area again, which took quite a while. about 15-20 ppl working on it almost every day (maybe like 2-3 hours a day, though, but still), and it took about a week or two to do it. after that we had to set up the switches, which of course weren't configured at all. so we had to do that. over all we've worked on it for over two-three months. yeah, it seems like alot, but there's been up and downs along the way. it's been a pretty passive job, because we don't need 20 ppl to configure the servers/switches, so alot is left alone with no job at all. so today, i and another guy were given the mission to set up op5 on our laptops, which would sort of help us monitorize the servers. first we couldn't get it to work, and when we eventually did, our laptops fucked up. that was a motivation killer. but we ended up getting everything working, so we just took the rest of the day really passively.

so yeah. passive school is great. especially when we're literally two stories above a grocery store. we can also take breaks sort of whenever we desire (in that certain class. currently we have 4 classes of a totalt, in which 2 of them we can work really flexible and sort of do whatever we want, as long as the job gets done). so if someone wants a soda/candy bar/whatever, it's literally in the same building as the school. just gotta take the elevator down and walk through the entrance to the store. it's amazing.

That's cool, but is the quality of education is good? I mean, if it be okay to join some good university after your school, since they know that you are doing like nothing there? Reputation of the school?
Honestly, even though I hate to admit it, because the teachers are actually pretty bad, the things they do teach is somewhat good. It's just not the right amount of it. If I can give some sort of rep after I've gotten out of it, I'm going to tell people to not go there. Not worth it.
Like, they had this line for only editing purposes. There, we would spend most of the time doing stuff like video editing, picture editing, 3D modelling, audio editing, and stuff like that. We never had that in the first grade. Second grade, we could choose it as an addon class. We had to choose two, so I chose that and coding games and stuff. We had both of those for half a year. Nothing more. The most advanced "game coding" thing we did was ping pong in an .html file. Yeah we added custom sounds and whatnot, but it was still pretty shit. Probably could've learnt that in ten minutes, but took our class half a year, because the teacher wasn't the greatest at planning.
In the editing class I also chose, which I was supposed to have since first grade, but never got, we did some fun things. Got to work with photoshop, audio editing in some adobe programs, and some other things. It was fun, and I got an A in it. However, we were supposed to work with after effects, but never got around to doing it. Around second grade, I also got to know that I had been moved from the editing line thing to a networking line. Actually everyone who had tried to get into that got moved to the networking line, without being told so. They also shut the editing line down in that school as well, because apparently not enough people tried to get into it. They need atleast five people to get it up and running. We've asked around in our class for how many actually tried to get into it, but was moved, and it was about half the class. That's about thirteen people or so. So yeah, that was pretty shitty.
The teachers are also bad. Like, they know their thing, but they can't provide much information about actual classes and exams. Also, last year we had this one teacher who later on got kicked. His swedish was horrible. Apparently all CPU's in the world had to do with airplanes and if the CPU crashes, the airplane crashes. He also bragged about being a pilot. We looked it up, and he designed maps for airplanes. Wow, much pilot. Who would even give up a high paying pilot job for a shitty low paying school job?
So yeah, I don't know why I wrote so much, but that's our school. Really shitty overall.

Also, that's some fun stuff but it's really shitty indeed.
In here it's all rules in rules in rules, etc. but we got high quality in lessons and shit and it's really exhausting but got the level in the future.

They also think phones make you disrespectful and such so it's forbidden there.
I was hoping they would at least allow us to use it on breaks but eh, they suck.
Well actually they do let us bring it but if you keep it in your bag and they know about it they take it off from you, you have to keep it with the professor.

Lebanon, one of the worst countries in the world with bad internet and has some real expensive stuff which you can barely afford.
