HTOTM: FUSION
I think its ignorent to think that in over a billion confirmed planets, we believe we are the only ones alive... like the chances of life at all.. are really low.. but they are raised when you're talking about so many oportunities for it to happen (eg. other planets).

if the chances are slim.. or there is any chance at all... then if the universe is infinite.. ofcoarse

Yes, I do believe that there are other living beings in another planet somewhere else, but not green men, just small fungus and bacterie.
oh yeah
I mean, aliens are real i think because do you think we're the only life forms in the universe? There has to be something, somewhere, out in deep dark space that resembles our planet and life forms

Well I agree with nearly everyone here about life having a high probability of being present elsewhere in the Universe and that they probably haven't visited us.

I was thinking though, we don't actually know anything about life.
We have once instance of life, and that's on Earth, but you can't make accurate observation based on one instance. Imagine you lived in a cave for your whole life, and you met a man with brown hair who was 5 foot 7 inches tall.
This man becomes your friend and stays with you for a year, then he has to leave.
You know a lot about this one man, so therefore you would probably believe every other human to have brown hair and stand 5 foot 7 inches tall just like him, as you don't have any evidence opposing this idea.

What I'm saying is, we don't know shit, so we can't really say it's even probable that life exists elsewhere.
Oh yeah , one more thing i want to ask , what is alien look like ? there's many arguments of imagination though
Please bring back Organiζations board
Aliens definetly exist. single cell organisams have been found fossilised in metioreites.

Sure the same types live on earth but they can't explain the fossils. So if these creatures exist on other planets, why can't more complex things live on other planets?

Think about it.
Given the size of the Universe, it's impossible for Earth to be the only planet with life.

I am 99.9% convinced that there is life outside Earth and that one day we will find a planet with some kind of animals and plants on it.

As Vladvlad mentioned, it is possible for life to be outside of Earth. However i don't think they're intelligent lifeforms, just bits of bacteria and plants.
