Sambo was chosen as the lower dismemberment threshold makes lifting your oppponent less effective. We didn't want everyone in the lower tourneys getting wrecked by someone shovelling. Might switch it over to monkido though, which is sambo with fractures off, a round dojo and unbreakable wrists. Regular boxshu may be added too for the wushu freaks. It's not about making it e-sports, just mods that rely on skill more than luck. We don't want to have mods with too many hidden rules for the moment. Any mods like that will probably be put on public rotation for a bit first to judge popularity.
<the god> the god
<@Smilies2> modding tiem

people will play anything and get good at anything if it comes to tc. good example will be olympic mods etc.

eh, whatever
tell me about aikido

Well as clockwork has stated. We are putting mods that require skill into the rotation. This will help people learn new mods as well as give people a chance to experience mods they have never played. It might seem like a punishment to some, but I promise it is not. Mods that you will likely see are aikdio(and its variants), Judo(and its variants), possibly a form of boxing, ninjitsu, taido, etc... This is just to give you an idea of what is to come. Since boxshu was already used, you should not expect to see it, or it variants this week, or maybe even next week.

Alright I guess, maybe something with no grab next? Switch off between grab mods and no grabs mods sound like a good idea.
