Zeus: The council previously had permission to invite, but not anymore. Could I ask the reason why?
And If we've always kicked banned members, what has changed? Why must we add exceptions?

Whilst being a little overly aggressive, he makes some very valid points.
So if I hadn't come on my alt and posted when I was framed for a decap rig you guys would have kicked me from the clan. While I hadn't shown my side of the story yet. I'm thinking that the person who is banned must post their side of a story before we remove them from the clan. Like a court of law. I had my ban appealed luckily so if they are telling the truth they should have their ban appealed in a week or so. If they are lying, they obviously won't have their ban appealed after a week and we can remove them from the clan. With them also being known among us as a liar. If they are banned and have their ban appealed then they should have one more chance to stay and if they are banned again they will be kicked automatically from the clan, no questions asked. If they admit to the crime that they committed it should result in a demotion down to a trial member rank as soon as they are unmanned and keep them there until we can trust them again.

I think it depends.
If someone in the clan has abused/bullied someone else and there is evidence. They should be kicked. There isn't really an excuse to act that way.
Until they prove they won't do it again, or make amends, they will not be allowed back.
For cases like Bercat's where there is a grey area, then the kick should wait until the decision about the ban is finalized.
If there is even a slight doubt about the case, then I agree, any kicks should wait.
Thats pretty obvious. The issue at hand here is that there isn't a 'their side' in these cases, they purposely tried to back out of a fight they weren't going to win, simply because they didn't want to lose their items/money. I'm not saying 'kick them straight away', that's a pretty stupid thing to do.
