MasterFate was banned with a reason of, "loan scam".
He changed the date of the transaction that will take place, I don't think that's something that you can get banned for.

what happened was, the original deadline was one month, that passed, i gave him another month, that passed too

Todays date is the 11/5/2014 thats almost double the extra time i gave him to pay it back

Well, if you don't respect dates of a loan it's an infraction, it's like stealing.

I don't know for how much time he will be banned, someone knows something?

Yes, it's the same as not paying it. If the agreed upon date is reached without BOTH parties agreeing to change the date, it is against contract and thus illegal.
