Well I agree with ripper. And i hear your point drone, but there are clans that only speak a certain language. Our clan is just so diverse that if someone is let in that can't speak English reasonably good, then 50% of the clan won't understand him/her. Since English is a second language to most of us? or am I wrong?

instead of fluent, just at least good enough not to take 2 minutes to figure out a sentence

EDIT: Although this does sound allot like drones reply, I'm just focusing more on the racist part, meaning they can go to other clans... fuck... the more I try to explain the more it sounds like drone's! urg
EDIT2: Also since we are using this thread to discuss recruitment, I think augusty can be recruited. My reason being that he did apply before we decided on the post count and it does look like he wants it. He does hang around

Drone... That was definately for the wibbles. Rickyz announcing he had 70k, Wibbles. The whole pointless jibbering about ball asking for tc = wibbles. This thread is for the more serious discussions. Stuff like that is for the wibbles. Now bringing up the thought of a clan war, that is discussion worthy.

also you sound like me because i think my thoughts thoroughly before they are said. and most people think mine is an idea thats good. so subconsciously they answer the same way i did.

also,

i just said lets just recruit people we can understand no matter how their typing is i can somewhat make out agustey's application his past,present future tenses aren't all that hot but i can understand him. . and this will help us both if we recruit him. . he'll learn somewhat more of a bit English and we will have more diversity in our clan.
