take a pic of your tori, and use a art program. I open GIMP then use the lasso tool to draw around the tori then invert selection and make it trans.
Note* use a close up shot to lasso around.

All in all its simple :P

Edit: heres the sig frunk. I couldnt make it what i wanted because some how i lost all my layers to the image and it got messed up, then it lost res when i downsized it. I do promise to make a new sig some time though.
