The Powerups should not be bought, available in game in specific or private servers, you choose your powerup for the game for use - no unbalancing because of money or belt.
The same set for all users.

9. WHOLE COLORED CAT EARS.
10. Ability to change the look of toribash without the need for shaders.
11. Win Streak Textures
12. Wearable Belts
13. Choose font for your name (only when fighting)
14. An Emote Shout, for example, if you bind a key to this shout, you can shout to scare the opponent or something, once a match

Dogs ears...good for dog lovers out there.
They can put it on other parts it would be rather simple

Wings? really? Just buy flame wings, I dont think its possible to make a wing
Buy a stable flame instead of Making a complicated Hat.
Tails: where exactly? from their head or their butt?
Also, Whats Jusmi's hair?
Powerups are going to ruin the game.
