You should make TC tourney for yellow belts because that way they have a way of making TC too

I didn't think Hampa was in charge of setting up tourneys. Hampa, do you just tell the GM team (or whoever makes official servers) what kinds of things you want to happen to multiplayer servers and let them get on with it or do you have more control?
