Well the only idea suggested here that could come close to working is the all day server.
Someone would have to be willing to stay in it all day though.

well when i get on, kumer and nick are usually offline, so i could help out from perhaps 3: 30-11:00 pm gmt -8. unless it was on a saturday, in which case i could possibly be on from 11:00 am- 2:00 am gmt -8 (suck at conversion atm)
